Cracking an extremely niche ICP

Endresz is a Dutch women's fashion brand specializing in timeless, high-quality designs produced in small batches. They wanted to scale partnerships with independent designer boutiques across Netherlands.

The challenge: this ICP is extremely niche and hard to qualify. Many boutiques don't list themselves on LinkedIn or major databases, and not all shops fit Endresz's strict criteria (premium, multi-brand, high-end positioning). Expanding into multiple Netherlandsan regions required copywriting in local languages and different outreach strategies per market.
