More sending volume means more domains, more inboxes and more deliverability monitoring. A standard 3-step campaign at 1,000 emails per day is roughly 7,000 unique prospects per month. Higher volume tiers add infrastructure cost that flows into the monthly fee.
Cold email only sits at the lower end. Adding LinkedIn outbound (connection requests, DMs, content amplification) or multi-channel sequences with signal-based plays adds engineering and ongoing management. Multi-channel engagements typically sit in the upper half of the range.
